How does it work

As an affiliate, you will receive a “special link” that you can place anywhere on your website. When your visitor follows that link, he is redirected to our site and a cookie is placed in his browser’s cache: if, whithin one year, he buys our software, you are credited 20% of the net price.

What is the SendBlaster Affiliate Program?

The SendBlaster Affiliate Program will pay you every time someone purchases SendBlaster Pro by linking to us through your site. Each buyer is tracked through our tracking mechanism which uses cookies.

Are there any special requirements in order to become an affiliate?

Yes: you must have 1) a website, 2) a VAT ID and 3) a PayPal account or similar credit card gateway for receiving payments from our company. There are not any technical requirements for your site (you only have to paste some links).

How do I get started with the Affiliate Program?

There are no setup fees: simply fill out the Affiliate Application, and we will contact you back via email.

Does my web site qualify for the SendBlaster Affiliate Program?

Anyone can apply for the program: all applications are evaluated. However, unlike most other affiliation programs on the Internet, we carefully choose our affiliates and do not accept everyone, as we want to build a strong and profitable relationship with our affiliates - we think quality is much more important than quantity. We prefer software-related or Internet marketing-related sites; but this is not a rule. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. As an example, web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right will be deemed unacceptable for the SendBlaster Affiliate Program.

I don’t have a web site yet. Can I still apply to be an affiliate?

No, you must have an existing web site in order to become an affiliate.

I don’t have a PayPal account or a credit card gateway. Can I still apply to be an affiliate?

No, you must have a PayPal account or a similar credit card gateway in order to become an affiliate: at present, we only make payments through PayPal or credit card (this may change in the future).

How do you track members coming from my web site?

We use cookies: when you refer a visitor to our site through a specially formatted link, we place a cookie containing your affiliate account id. This cookie, which will expire in one year, is recognized and processed by our ordering system, so that the order is associated with your affiliate account id. Visitors who cannot accept cookies cannot be tracked.

How much will I earn for each sale?

You will receive 20% for each sale of SendBlaster Pro that is referred through your site and tracked by our system. This amount is calculated before any taxes. All commissions will be paid in Euros.

When and how do I get paid?

You will be paid monthly. Commissions for each month are paid on the 20th of the following month, provided you reach 75 Euros minimum. As an example, if you earn 200 Euros on February sales, you will be paid on March 20. If your earnings are less than 75 Euros, the amount will be carried over to the next month.

When payment is due, we will tell you the exact amount and ask you for an invoice; as soon as we receive it, we will pay you using your PayPal account or credit card gateway.

What happens when user asks for a refund or a chargeback occurs?

Our users are very happy with our software, therefore this does not happen frequently; but we are very committed to our buyers: if someone asks for a refund, we never refuse it. If you had already been paid for that order, the corresponding commission is subtracted from your next earnings. The same applies to credit card charge-backs.

Where will I find SendBlaster Affiliation Program links?

We will let you have them as soon as your application has been approved.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?

You cannot send unsolicited email (spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program. Affiliates who cause actual damages to our company through use of unsolicited email may become liable for liquidated damages. We are very strict about this.

How long will the agreement last?

Both parts (you and our company) can freely terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. Therefore if you are not satisfied you can quit at any time (and the same applies to our company).
