How can I insert in the email message a link to unsubscribe from the mailing list?

SendBlaster can manage its distribution lists by downloading email messages from a dedicated e-mail address, different for each list. Using tags it is simple to insert an unsubscribe link into the HTML code :

  • Each email with subject “Unsunscribe” received by the Mailing list managing email address will be automatically removed from mailing list.

The HTML code must be inserted in the HTML section of the message by clicking on “Show code” button; it can also be inserted as a link using the “Link” button in the message format bar (in which case the text mailto:#managingemail#?Subject=Unsubscribe will need to be inserted in the link window and, once the link is created, the displayed text can be modified to something like “Unsubscribe” or a similar text).

  • With current SPAM-CAN laws, we need to have an unsubscribe link for our e-mailings. This little tutorial will be useful to understand how to update the subscription status of our contact lists using unsubscription links inside email body. The automated process of unsubscription link insertion is possible with SendBlaster Bulk Email Software.

Mailing group management is a key feature for every group mailing software used for email marketing.

A group email is sent entering the customer data into the group mailer database. When our email database is filled with our customers informations, we can send a group emailing to the selected mailing list group.

If we want to send a group email to our entire mailing list we just check and mark all the group email addresses with green sign:

If we want to sub-group emails into SendBlaster group mail sender software we have to select a database mailing list inside “manage lists” section.

Now we drag a column header into the mailing group sort area (upper part). This action will group your emails by the “product”.

Now we can send group emails to the selected group.

Sending group emails can be very easy if we have an email database of our customers. A email group database can be built from scratch, entering one by one every email address into our email groups. If you already have a customers database your can import your email groups into sendblaster with the import .csv routine.

We can also add a new email group with the mailing list manager panel. Lets select the new list icon:

Description

This simple WordPress email widget (plugin) sends emails with “Subscribe” subject for newsletter opt-in and double opt-in email list subscriptions. New mailing list subscriptions are written in WordPress sidebar and new subscribers details are gathered into your bulk email software or mailing list management software.

The email list widget works with common bulk emailers and with SendBlaster’s newsletter software subscription management with custom field integration, for email merge purposes.

The widget adds an options tab to customize settings:

Hello, I have a custmer database of over 5000 custmers will I ba able to send email in 1 go?

Yes, our bulk email software is tested with large email lists (up to 100.000 email addresses databases)

Will the software automatically remove any duplicate e-mail addresses?

The speed of sending emails is very important to me, I need a software that can email 1000 email, in 30 minutes or less. While trying your program (that i love, did i mention that i love it ?) I estimated teh speed of sending at the begining at 480 emails per hour (8 emails per minute), which is not what im looking for, but close enough. Then, stranly, later the speed dropped in a very obvious way to arond 150 emails per hour (2-3 emails per minute).

I have 2 questions: 1. how can i restore the original speed, and 2. is tehre a way to make the sending proccess faster? wether by the program options and settings, the smtp server, or the ISP provider? Anything that will allow me to send 1000 emails in less than 30 minutes?

Success and speed in send depends to you SMTP service, so if we suppose you have a good internet connection (DSL) a good SMTP server (provided from your ISP) and emails size is around 10 kb, you may use SendBlaster bulk emai software to send around 7.000/10.000 email per hour.

My internet connection speed is 512 KB download / 128 upload , I use the SMTP server of my ISP, and the avg size of each email is 100 kb , how many emails/hour your bulk email program is supposed to send under these conditions?

We strongly suggest you to avoid emails with 100kb, since it is quite heavy, even spam filters may be allerted. Usually customers insert the image file in a web server with a link inside the email message in order to keep message tiny. Moreover speed of send depends in you ISP, you may try sending 100 of those email and check speed.

Since Sendblaster Bulk Email Software sends every email separately, we guess you may send around 500 emails per hour with size 100 kb.

Obvoiusly 1.000 email x 100kb each one means a total of 100 MB of data to send, that means that your ISP may block you in sending such ammount of data.
